Transactional Services

There are many types of transactional deals clients need assistance with.  Many of these deals fall outside the scope of the other services we provide so we call them “transactional services.”  These services can include representing buyers and sellers in: commercial transactions of assets; stock sales of closely held companies; private lending; allocation of purchase price between real estate and other assets of the business; and, purchasing and financing the sale of a business.  We also consult clients regarding their rights, obligations and risks in most transactions they wish to engage in.
